Concept: when first saw the building I instantly wanted to design something that is a contrast to the existing historical factory but at the same time transparent enough to show its beauty so I chose to go with scaffolding  structures to make a contradiction with the beautiful and huge arched windows. These structures have functions such as dividing the spaces and also used for design aspects as mentioned above.

Services: the services that are provided in this cultural center is an exhibition, indoor and outdoor cafe, a library that is extended up to 2 floors, working area, and a terrace cafe area that is located in the highest level of the building, showcasing the whole Bosporus bridge and the vista.
